Reservation and payment

We have a limited amount of seats available for any event and when you reserve a seat, you are holding a space on our booking system that is no longer available to another client.

In order to be fair to everybody you will be required to make your payment within 48 hours, from the time of your reservation, to secure your booking. You are also required to submit proof of payment to us.

Should you fail to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and allow other clients to reserve that place on the event.

If you do need an extension please communicate this with us in a timely manner and we’ll always try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

All payments must be made prior to the actual event and if we have not received your payment we reserve the right to cancel your participation in the event.

Cancellations

We understand that life is unpredictable and that plans do not always work as we laid them out.

If you wish to cancel your participation in any of our events or workshops, you need to let us know via email of your intent to do so.

Any cancellation that is done up to seven days before the actual event, will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of R50 to cover our administration and bank fees.

You may also elect to receive credit, which you can use for any of our future events or workshops, and in this case there will be no deductions.

A credit note will be emailed to you.

Any cancellation that is done within seven days and no less than 48 hours prior the event, is eligible for a 50% refund. We may have already incurred some costs for the event and it may be harder, in such a short time, to fill your place.

Any cancellation within 48 hours of an event will not be eligible for a refund, as we would have already undergone financial commitments for such an event.

You may however transfer your ticket to another person at any time and if you do so, should let us know in writing. Any ticket transfer is subject to the new ticket holder agreeing to our General Waiver of Liability.

Needless to say, a no show to an event is entirely your responsibility and there will be no refund.

Event Cancellation

Nature and Photo reserves the right to cancel any event at their sole discretion, whether it is as a result of low bookings, bad weather, illness of a key crew member, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

In such a case you will receive a full refund, or you can elect to receive credit, which you can use for any of our future events or workshops.

In this case we will send you a credit note via email.

COVID-19 RISK FREE CANCELLATIONS

In the case that government regulations related to COVID-19 restrict free circulation or the opportunity to travel and you are forced to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund. In such a case we will again retain R50 to cover our administration and banking fees.
